28 days of challenge

In 28 days one can get themselves cured of any addictions. It takes 28 days to break the habit.

Sugar high. I just became sugar high again. After my fruitarian detox in summer I never craved any form of processed sugar. Until now. Partly due to the fact that chocolates, chips, sweets, candies and other form of getting high are laying everywhere and reminding my mind ‘hey little bastard, we are just laying here’. I tried meanwhile detoxes and juices but for less than 5 days challenge. It was not enough.

So I am being a fruterian but when no ones sees me and I have an attack I become a nibbler, proper chocolate monster. That’s sick. And I really want to change this. I want to stay off processed sugar and minimising salt only if I go to the restaurant

Right now, I am officially stating to the universe that I am starting my 28 days challenge from tomorrow. 28 days of not any form of processed sugar.

I live 28 days without processed sugar and salt. I live for 28 days without processed sugar and any other processed food. I stay off processed food for 28 days.
